I'm inspired by my family and friends, as well as watching and experiencing people overcoming their fears and obstacles in any situation in life.

My current favorite Aveda product is Damage Remedy Daily Hair Repair! I like how it's a two-in-one, providing both heat protection and repair for the hair.

I can't live without mountains, lakes, and forests!

My co-workers inspire me! This industry has so much talent and technique, and it's amazing to learn from the people closest to me.

My favourite colour is green, but I'm biased towards pink. Lol

I have always loved the Smooth Infusion line. I love soft messy hair.

I have been doing an advanced cutting program for the last year, and razoring has been so much fun. I love doing colors, making everyone feel sexy and confident in their personalized look, and there's definitely a lot of laughter to go along with it.

Time with my husband, time with people I care about and yummy food and wine

What inspires you?
Inspiration comes from the people I meet, my fantastic team, and having morning coffee. Writing in my gratitude journal, my family, friends, and being creative in my job. Being in my 40s, well, late now lol, I have fallen in love with myself again. I love being an artist and meeting amazing guests.

Things I cannot live without are, of course, my family and loved ones, coffee (lots of it), and my dry shampoo.

What inspires you?

My inspiration comes from my mentors in the industry whom I look up to. When I took my training with Aveda, the best advice someone gave me was to find someone I truly admire and pick their brain, and learn as much as I can from them. I find that learning from others' experiences in the industry inspires me the most and fuels my passion for what I do.

I am a fully licensed cosmetologist/makeup artist, and my career began in film, fashion, theatre, and cosmetics. It wasn't long afterward that I migrated into hair.

What's 3 things you cannot live without?
When I'm not behind the chair, I enjoy the quiet pastimes of reading and writing, and the warm company of my cats.

What inspires you?
Working with such a phenomenal group of staff and stylists, I'm inspired on a daily basis. However, to stay fresh and current, I gravitate to British and Harajuku street style fashion, music, film, and long scrolls on Instagram and Pinterest to always be ahead of the game when it comes to trends.

I have to pick 2! Air control and Speed of Light!

All the extensions and balayaging/blonding. I am certified in 7 types of extensions with Bellami, Philocaly, and Liveable.

My puppy, dry shampoo (I’m an addict), and books!

Honestly, everything about this industry and looking up to my hair idols.

My favorite Aveda product would have to be air control, I love the aroma and it's a very universal product for all hair types, although texture tonic would be a close second for my favorite.

What 3 things could you not live without?
Three things I couldn't live without would be sunny days, my cat, and vacations!

What inspires you?
My inspiration comes from both my coworkers and clients. I love how there are so many different personalities and styles out there that it's hard not to be inspired.

How long have you been a stylist?

I started doing hair when I was 12. My Dad bought me a clipper set because I always wanted to do hair, and I started cutting his hair! I went to school in 1997 and got licensed in 1998.

How long have you worked at Changes?

Since opening January 2001.

What do you specialize in or prefer to do?

I love everything about hair, but I would have to say my favorite would be to fix a home hack or color flop!

My favorite Aveda product would probably have to be the Shampowder Dry Shampoo.

What 3 things could you not live without?

Three things I can't live without: If you know me at all, 1 would be the gym! 2- I should throw my kid in there lol 3- my dogs!

What inspires you?

I get inspired by going to classes all around the world! We are so lucky to be able to pick any class anywhere (Italy, Minneapolis, New Orleans, Orlando, Toronto) and go!

The team I work with also inspires me! We all do hair differently, so it's nice to watch and pick things up!

Red seal certified stylist. I have been working on a year long advance cutting course, I love learning new techniques

and furthering my career with education. Blondes and glossy brunettes with lived in natural looks are my favourite.

What inspires you?

What inspires me is the beauty in nature and all of the places I’ve travelled to and the places I have yet to see.

Three things I can’t live without are all my loved ones especially my husband, adventure and a morning cappuccino.
